Anita
is a psychotherapist in private practice. She became aware
of the strength of the mind/body connection, and studied
and researched how it may be accessed through meditation,
music and affirmation. The pain felt in the mind and the
body can be reduced and managed via meditation. Both emotional
and physical pain are connected. Meditation can diminish
both.

minutes long and are illness/codition specific and use
the best of what science has indicated will work. Each
